At L.W.A.F, every piece is carefully crafted after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production before your order is dispatched.

Production

Orders typically require 3–4 business days for production.

Once your piece has been completed and passed our quality check, it will be prepared for dispatch.

Delivery

 

Orders within South Africa typically arrive within approximately 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.

This timeframe includes the production and delivery process.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weekends, weather, courier delays, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside of our control.

 

Express shipping simply means your order will arrive 1-2 days after production.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so that you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout. L.W.A.F cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
