Made-to-Order Production Policy

At L.W.A.F, every piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold finished stock, allowing each item to be produced with care and attention to detail.

Production Time

Please allow approximately 3–4 business days for your order to be produced.

Production begins once your order and payment have been successfully confirmed.

Before dispatch, every piece goes through a quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards.

Delivery Time

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

Orders within South Africa generally arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase, including the production and delivery process.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays, weekends, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Cancellations

Because each piece enters a made-to-order production process, orders may only be cancelled within the cancellation period stated in our Cancellation Policy, provided production has not already commenced.

Important Notice

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is made to order and that additional production time is required before dispatch.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
